MPR - Midwest Paper Retriever is offering a no-cost recycling initiative called the Paper Retriever Program. To qualify for this program, MPR requires an application from a hosting site to participate in the community recycling effort. If the program generates large volumes of paper, MPR will provide additional bins. This initiative benefits the environment & promotes community sustainability.
